Fixed quote as shown on the Investment page: $18,500 for the core site in Phase 1, $9,500 for the Phase 2 content migration and $9,000 for the year of growth, $37,000 in the first twelve months, with $3,750 of extras included at no charge. Phase 2 is a separate decision and a separate invoice. The price does not move unless the scope does, in writing.

Each build phase is 50 per cent to begin and 50 per cent at launch. Each growth quarter is invoiced before the quarter begins and paid up front; the quarter's work starts on payment. Invoices are 7 days. All amounts include GST.

Around three to four weeks from intake and branch workshop complete to launch. The clock starts when the content and the branch facts are in.

In writing: a redirect map covering all 159 indexed URLs built and tested before launch, a parity check on the day before the switch, ninety days of Search Console monitoring reported to you, and the old site kept available until the new one has settled.

Every specification figure and every project tonnage is confirmed against your issued documents before it goes live, and anything unconfirmed is published as to be confirmed. No calculator coefficient ships without someone technical at Neumann Steel agreeing it in writing.

The site runs in a dedicated Neumann group account that With Voss sets up and manages, built to serve the whole group, with hosting on-charged as one line on the quarterly invoice. First year included. You own the work itself in full on final payment, everything is documented, and the account hands over intact whenever the group asks. A 30 day clean handover guarantee applies.

Anything broken in the first 30 days after launch is fixed at no charge.

No lock in beyond the twelve months. Step down or stop at any quarter end after year one.
