01 · The concept
Everything below is a design concept prepared for board review. Nothing here is live, nothing is published, and no page is final. These are renders of the concept as it stands today, so the board can judge the direction rather than a description of it.

CONCEPT RENDER · HOMEPAGE · ONE HERO, THEN FIVE CHECKABLE NUMBERS
One hero instead of five stacked banners carrying ten identical buttons, then hard figures a specifier can check: family owned since 1972, five branches and around 300 people, Currumbin the first reinforcing manufacturer in Australia certified to SSA Level 3, up to 39 per cent lower embodied carbon. This replaces "trusted by 1000 companies", which is unsourced and reads that way to an engineer.
One correction to this render: the proof bar shown states SSA Level 3 as a whole company claim. In the built site every certification is stated at the level that applies to the site in question, so Currumbin reads Level 3 and Thornton and Hervey Bay read Level 2A. The render is being corrected.

PRODUCT FAMILIES · A GRID, NOT A CAROUSEL

CAPABILITY · WRITTEN BY HAND, LINE BY LINE

PROJECTS · TONNAGE ON THE FACE OF THE PROOF
Q1 Tower at 12,000 tonnes, Jewel Resort at 15,000, Harwood Bridge at 10,000 including 1,000 tonnes of prefabricated pile cages, the Gold Coast Light Rail at 106,000 square metres of special mesh and 6,000 tonnes of bent bar. The strongest sales asset the company owns, currently eight names in a carousel and absent from every sitemap. Every tonnage is confirmed against your issued documents before it is published.

TRENCH MESH · THE PAGE HEADER

THE SPECIFICATION TABLE · UNPUBLISHED FIGURES MARKED TO BE CONFIRMED, NEVER GUESSED

PROPERTIES AND CERTIFICATION CHIPS · EACH CHIP OPENS THE CURRENT DATED CERTIFICATE

THE RIGHT DOCUMENT, ON THE PAGE THAT NEEDS IT

TECHNICAL LIBRARY · ALL 72 DOCUMENTS, DATED AND VERSIONED

KNOWLEDGE INDEX · DATES AND CATEGORIES ON EVERY ARTICLE, AND MIGRATION SHOWN HONESTLY
Your articles, your words, your publication dates, our structure. Roughly seventy explainers move across with their original dates intact, plus a last reviewed date, real categories, and a link from each article to the product page it discusses. Today the index shows no dates at all, which makes actively maintained work look abandoned.
Where you are today, for contrast: the homepage sends 429 KB of document to deliver 1,150 words, a text to code ratio of 1.78 per cent, because the caching plugin inlines 225 KB of stylesheet into every page. The Brisbane branch page is titled and headed Caloundra. The homepage declares a share image and provides none, so every link pasted into Teams or email arrives as a blank box.
