The situationYou are not the weakest website in the group. You are the strongest one, underperforming. Roughly seventy technical explainers, thirty six brochures, ACRS, ISO and SSA certificates, SENSE 600 with up to 39 per cent lower embodied carbon, NuPod, around 300 people across five branches, and Q1 Tower at 12,000 tonnes. Almost none of it is presented in a way a buyer, a search engine or an AI assistant can use.
The problemA flagship product page carries 458 words of its own copy and not one bar diameter, grade or stock length. There is no file upload anywhere across 159 pages, on a site that publishes a five day estimating promise. NuNet is described three times and linked from nowhere. All six modern security headers are absent, and the forms plugin is a full major version behind.
The planA rebuilt static site: specification tables, certification chips that link to the current dated certificate, eight project case studies rebuilt as real proof, five branch pages, one searchable technical library, a quote flow that takes the drawings, and four working calculators. Then twelve months of content, Google profile work and measurement against a launch baseline.
The commitmentNo ranking loss, in writing. A redirect map covering all 159 indexed URLs, built and tested before launch, a parity check on the day, and ninety days of Search Console monitoring reported to you. The old site stays available until the new one has settled.
What we needOne online form, filled in once, plus one short workshop with the branch managers. Photos, logo files in vector, the exact details for each of the five branches, and account access. See the Deliverables page.
The number$18,500 for the core site, $9,500 for the content migration, $9,000 for the year of growth. $37,000 in year one. With $3,750 of extras included at no charge. No lock in beyond the twelve months.
